By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are shown at the time of booking and may change for future bookings. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference.

For car rental, a refundable security deposit may be held and released on safe return of the vehicle in its original condition.

Day trips and transfers may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Car rentals may be cancelled up to 48 hours before pickup. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

Car hire requires a valid driver's licence (held for at least one year), a minimum age of 21, and a valid ID or passport. We may decline a booking if verification cannot be completed.

You agree to use our services lawfully and to treat our staff, guides, and vehicles with respect. You are responsible for any damage caused through misuse or negligence.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
